In my final year of studies at the University of Washington Bothell, I helped the head of the consciousness program, Dr. Kathleen D. Noble, design the proposal document for the Center for Education and Research in Consciousness (CERC). Having co-founded and led the campus’ Consciousness Club and worked on research about consciousness at the university, I had felt compelled to work on something that would promote the consciousness program. Images used in the proposal were taken and provided by media producer Marc Studer.
