Consciousness Club

During my time at the University of Washington Bothell (UWB), I was fascinated and reinvigorated by consciousness studies. UWB was exemplary in that it is currently the only public research university offering a rigorous scientific, interdisciplinary program about consciousness studies. There had been interest among students to explore ideas about consciousness outside of the classroom, with a student club. This resulted in the Consciousness Club at the University of Washington Bothell (CCUWB), which I had co-founded with several other friends. I became the club’s graphic designer and media strategist. During my year with as a leader and later president of the club, I produced some work I was very proud of and which received acclaim from the campus community, like the Outstanding Program of the Year Award. Above is a selection of some of my work during that time.
